About this website
This website provides general information about David O’Brien Design + Build and a way to enquire about a project. Website content may be updated, withdrawn or corrected without notice.
Preliminary information only
Website information is preliminary. It is not a quotation, fixed price, contract, planning approval, site investigation, engineering assessment, valuation, finance advice, or confirmation that a design can be built on a particular site. Project details must be verified through project-specific investigations and a written agreement with DOB and relevant consultants.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and update it when it changes.
- Do not submit information you are not authorised to share, including another person’s personal or confidential information.
- Obtain independent professional, planning, legal and financial advice appropriate to your project.

Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, graphics, brand assets and project imagery are owned by or licensed to DOB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal use. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, modify or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to services operated by others. Their availability, security, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the terms and privacy information of any service you choose to use.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the website, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, DOB is not responsible for loss caused by relying on preliminary website information, unavailable services, or events outside our reasonable control. Design, drafting, 3D modelling, feasibility and advisory services are supplied only under the scope, fees and terms confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
